Jamie Williams, Ed. D, Founder and CEO
Dr. Jamie Williams, serving as CEO, leads the strategic development of YMotion Media, defines its vision and sets the tactical initiatives required to realize that vision. He also develops strategic partnerships and leverages the company's creative resources to capture growth opportunities. In addition, Dr. Williams is in charge of developing feature film projects from the in-house and independent creative pool available.

Leadership and teamwork have been recurring themes throughout his life. He retired in 1995 after twelve years in the National Football League. While completing a Doctorate in Education focused on Management Theory from the University of San Francisco, he teamed with Oliver Stone in August 1995 to create the controversial hit, Any Given Sunday featuring Al Pacino, Jamie Foxx, Cameron Diaz and James Woods. The film was released December 22, 1999 with Dr. Williams serving as technical advisor, actor and writer.

While winning a Super Bowl championship with the San Francisco Forty Niners, Dr. Williams completed a Masters in Mass Communication with an emphasis in film in 1993. He completed two documentaries during this time period: Aids and Society (1992) and The Black Quarterback and the Media (1993). Dr. Williams participated in numerous network and affiliate features, including HBO’s Inside the NFL and ABC’s Nightline. Dr. Williams has also served as host and panelist for various forums on screenwriting and film. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Nebraska.

Kate Bednarski, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Producer
Kate, serving as COO, focuses on developing corporate and strategic partnerships, setting strategic direction for and running the day-to-day operatons of YMotion Media. Additionally, Kate leads YMotion's brand management and commercial production disciplines.

Kate is Founder of Dialogos, Inc. a strategic brand consulting firm she formed in 1993. She has more than 18 years of general/brand management and strategic planning experience and has firmly established herself as an expert at brand strategy and integrated/interactive brand marketing in the consumer sports industry. She held the position of President of Ryka, where she was instrumental in successfully launching a complete brand and product overhaul bringing the company to profitability for the first time in its 12-year history.

Kate has also held executive positions at several start-ups, turnarounds and high growth companies. Most recently, as the Vice President of Integrated Marketing for Charles Schwab & Co, she was responsible for integrating brand marketing initiatives across the highly decentralized offline, online and consumer segment divisions of the company. Other brands led by Ms. Bednarski include: Avia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reebok; Keds’ and most notably the Women’s Division of NIKE. Her legendary branding and advertising work at NIKE and Keds has been featured on OPRAH and in national publications including Working Woman, Business Week and Time Magazine.

Kate holds an M.L.A. in Spirituality from Naropa University in Oakland, an M.S. in Biomechanics from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Microbiology from Pennsylvania State University.

Regina S. Guggenheim, Producer
Regina has spent the past decade working on Broadway, touring productions and other live events. She started her theatrical career working with Dodger Productions, one of the most prolific producing/general management offices on Broadway. She has since gone on to stage and production manage on over 30 productions including work at Madison Square Garden, The Kennedy Center, ACT in San Francisco, Lincoln Center and on Broadway. She is also a member of Light and Truth, LLC a theatrical production and lighting company which is currently producing a new musical, The Count of Monte Cristo.

She is an officer on the board of the San Francisco chapter of American Women in Radio and Television, non-profit professional organization of women and men who work in the electronic media and allied fields. Regina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Education from Carleton College and a Master of Fine Arts from of the Yale School of Drama.

Betsy Chin, Producer
Betsy is a producer in Los Angeles, CA. She spent 10 years in the Bay Area producing and production managing commercials for such clients as Levi Strauss & Co., Pepsi Co., Mazda and hundreds of other national television spots. Betsy began her tenure career at the ABC affiliate in Boston- working on news magazine shows and has served as line producer and production manager on over 50 commercials, videos and movie trailers. She is currently producing the new music video for the San Francisco band, Cake.

Taj Lewis, Producer, Music Video
Taj oversees all aspects of music video production for YMotion Media. He also provides strategic direction for YMotion Media’s music video directors. Taj will plan and initiate the company’s relationship with recording artists and recording companies. He will also be responsible for developing YMotion Media’s online efforts in music. Taj has produced over 150 music videos and three films in his career. He has worked with well-known production companies, such as: Mars Media-HSI, BET Television, Universal Records, Dream Works, Motown Records and Atlantic Records. Taj holds a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia.
